1. If it's sold out, why is it on the website still 3 weeks later? (The first mention of a sell out is 1/16; today is 2/4!)
2. If you're going to leave it on the website, there should be rainchecks, or similar merchandise offered. Either that, or please do your "daily updates" as stated!
I've been looking for a tower like this for my cats. I have one that loves to be up high and this would be perfect for her. But ...
I am with the others, why is is showing still availbale if it is not. It is the same way at your stores, you advertise something, I was first one at the store and you did not have it. What a waste of gas and time. I tried to get that rug set you had for $25.00 and the cat scratcher/tree. I am almost to the point of never dealing with big lots ever again.
It was great to see that BL carried these cat towers; as I have noticed that one of your stores here is carrying two/three different types. They are marked at $49.+. For all of us who still would purchase if allowed, would it be possible to use another type of tower in place of this sold out item. If the orginial price of the sold out item was $60.+ why not keep good customer relations by substituting.

Just another one of the complete screwups that BL has had with Deal-of-the-Day right from the get-go.
First it was lousy stuff at not very good prices.
Now it's website/email list maintenance.
Come on, Big Lots, I love the brick-and-mortar, but you haven't got a clue about the on-line stuff yet!
I would suggest this as false advertising. It clearly states the item is still available until you find out that it's sold out?!?
Also website states daily updates, clearly that is not the case here. If nothing else rainchecks out to be offered until company actually does an update. This is not the only item falsely listed as available when it is not. Okay, BigLots, where are you??
I went all over to your stores sat, because a manager at your brooklyn center store told me there were four still left and I get there nothing, and the other manager was in the end helpful, but I still didn't get what I had called and made sure this was still in your store. I'm very upset with the whole ordeal and needed my voice heard, Thanks, Karen
I do not understand why this item still remains listed if it has been gone for a while. It's disappointing to see what you cannot purchase. Yes, I agree, rainchecks would be very nice!!!

2 much...2 little..2 late...rainchecks should be given...it's a win-win situation..Big Lots should order enough to cover raincheck items..notify us of the availability .by email..that way you have a
guaranteed sale of quantity reserved at a price listed...
I got the email today, sold out, shop earlier??????????????? come on, what did you have 10 items? I see comments on this item from as early as Jan 8th, Why I'm I getting the email on Jan 21st??? after the item is sold out.
I agree, I have 7 adopted cats that would of love these towers.

Placed order as soon as appeared,all 4 cats love it, it is mixed in with other "trees" so tipping is not a problem.Got what I paid for..Its OK
